Diamond Shape Factor

Ixx = 2* ( Ixxi + Aih^2 ) = 2 [ bh^3 / 36 + bh / 2 * ( h / 3 )^2 ]

= bh^3 / 6.

Ze = Ixx / Ymax = bh^3 / 6*h = bh^2 / 6.

Zp = Ac* Yc + At * Yt = ( bh / 2 * h / 3 ) * 2 = bh^2 / 3.

Shape factor = Zp / Ze = ( bh^2 / 3 ) * ( 6 / bh^2 ) = 6 / 3 = 2.

The Shape Factor for Diamond = 2 .
