Given : VT = 1.2V, k = 0.2 mA/v2 , λ = 0.01v-1

1) When VGS= 2V

IDQ = k [(VGS - VT )2 ]

IDQ = 0.2 ×10-3[(2 – 1.2 )2]

IDQ = 1.28 × 10-4 A

ro = 1/(λ IDQ )

ro = 1/((0.01×1.28 ×10^(-4)))

ro =781.250KΩ

2) When VGS= 4V

IDQ = k [(VGS - VT )2 ]

IDQ = 0.2 ×10-3[(4 – 1.2 )2]

IDQ = 1.568× 10-3 A

ro = 1/(λ IDQ )

ro = 1/((0.01×1.568×10^(-3)))

ro = 63.775KΩ
