Drain Current = IDQ = k [(VGS - VT )2 (1+λ VDS )]

for enhancement MOSFET k is nothing but kn.

Kn = (K^' n ×W)/(2×L)

Kn = ((100×10^(-3) )×(10×10^(-6)))/(2×(5×10^(-6)))

Kn = 0.1 A / v2

for λ = 0

IDQ = k [(VGS - VT )2 (1+λ ×VDS )]

IDQ = 0.1 [(5 - 1 )2 (1+0 × 5 )]

IDQ = 1.6 A

for λ = 0.25

IDQ = k [(VGS - VT )2 (1+λ ×VDS )]

IDQ = 0.1 [(5 - 1 )2 (1+0.25 ×5 )]

IDQ = 3.6 A
