Email or Electronic Mail is a system for sending and receiving messages electronically over a computer network, to and from anyone with an email address, anywhere in the world.

While composing an email, Subject should be mentioned and it should be brief and relevant to the content of the message. To and From Field should include your first and last names.

The Body of the email should consist of a Salutation (Dear name of the person). Main Body should begin with a greeting, with paragraphs following it.

Complimentary close should include "Regards, Thanks and Regards, Warm regards", followed by the signature, as well as your name, designation, mobile number, website address etc.

Follow email etiquette.
