**1(a)**Explain fly levelling with its suitability.

**1(b)**Direct vernier, Retrograde vernier - Explain.

**1(c)**How will you measure deflection angle of a survey line using theodolite.

**1(d)**Difference between Prismatic & surveyor's compass.

**1(e)**Area of Zero circle.

**2(a)**Explain how you would setup a plane table at a station.

**2(b)**The following bearing were observed on a traverse

Make corrections for local attraction and declination of $1^0 30'$ and calculate true fore bearing.

**2(c)**At the end of survey of a field a 30m chain was found to be 10cm too long. The area of the plan drawn with the measurements taken with its chain is found to be 125 $cm^2$. If the scale of the plan is 1cm = 10m, what is the true area of the filed. Assume that the chain was exact 30m of the commencement of the work.
