The max conversion time of a counter type ADC is given by

$T_{max}=(2^{n-1})\times clock \ period$

$\frac{2^{n-1}}{clock frequency}$

$\frac{2^{12-1}}{1 \times 10^{16}}$

$T_{max}$= 4.095ms
