(Given) T = 3.5 sec
V = 20 x 15 x 5 = 1500 $m^3$
S = $2 [ 20 \times 15+15\times5+20\times5]= 950 m^2. $
T = $\dfrac {0.161V }{aS}$
Hence, Average absorption, a = $\dfrac {0.161\times 1500 }{3.5 \times 950} = 0.0.72$
Total Absorption of surface = $a \times S$
= 0.072 x 950 = 68.4 $m^2S$
Total Absoption = 68.4 $m^2S$
Average absorption = 0.072
