The different parameters of PLL are as follows:

1) Lock range :

Once the PLL is locked, it can track frequency changes in the incoming signals. The range of frequency over which PLL can maintain lock with the incoming signal is called as Lock range or tracking range. It is expressed as a percentage of $f_O$, the VCO frequency.

2) Capture range:

The range of frequency over which PLL can acquire lock with an input signal is called as capture range. This parameter is also expressed as a percentage of $f_O$.

3) Pull in time :

The total time taken by the PLL to establish lock is called pull in time. This depends on the initial phase and frequency difference between the two signals as well as on the overall loop gain and loop filter characteristics.

4) Loop bandwidth:

Defining the speed of the control loop.

5) Phase-noise:

Defined by noise energy in a certain frequency band (like 10 kHz offset from carrier). Highly dependent on VCO phase-noise, PLL bandwidth, etc.

6) General parameters:

Such as power consumption, supply voltage range, output amplitude, etc
