Clutch Brake
It is a temporary frictional engagement between engine shaft and gear shaft. It is a temporary friction engagement between a rotating body (flywheel or wheel) and a drum
It is a rotating assembly It is a non moving assemblyIt is a non moving assembly

Clutch is engaged by default. Brake is disengaged by default.
