Given: $\dfrac{λ}{100}$

Formula: $40 π^2 \dfrac{h}{λ}^2$

Solution:

$R_r$ $=40π^2 \dfrac{h}{λ}^2 \\ =40 π^2 \bigg(\dfrac{λ}{100}×\dfrac{1}{λ}\bigg)^2$

$R_r=0.04 Ω$
