**Resilience**. - The maximum energy stored at elastic limit is known as
**Proof Resilience**. - The proof resilience per unit volume or
**strain energy per unit volume**is known as**Modulus of Resilience**.

Modulus of Resilience = $\frac{p^2}{2E}$

Where p is stress and E is Modulus of Elasticity.
