A full subtractor subtracts two bits A from B, along with previous borrow Bin. It gives two outputs, subtraction and borrow. The truth table for a full subtractor is shown below

From the above truth table, we can draw the K-maps and minimize the expression for D and B0. Finally the logic diagram of a full subtractor is shown below:
