The expression for diameter in Newton’s Ring experiment is given by:-

$D_n = \sqrt{(2n - 1) 2 λ R}$ .....For bright ring

$D_n = \sqrt{4nλR}$ .....For dark ring

$D_n ∝ \sqrt{λ}$

Red colour has greater wavelength than blue colour, the diameter of red coloured ring will be greater than blue coloured ring.
