λ=6.56×107m=6.56×105cm

θ=16o17

n = 1

To find:

Total no. of lines (N)

Solution:

For constructive interference

dsinθ=nλ

dsin(16o17)=(1)(6.56×105)

d=2.339×104cm

Now,

N=wd=22.339×104

N=8548.39

i.e N8549
