1feet = 0.305m

Carpet area = 140m²

Carpet area /floor = 140*2 = 280m²

Total carpet area = 280 * 2 = 560 m²

Total built up area = C.A. + wall area + circulation area = 560 + 10/100*560 + 15/100 * 560

How carpet area per floor is not been divided but multiplied ??? And cost is 800/sq ft you should convert it in metres to get answer in metres and FSI = Builtup area/plot of land , do we need to calculate carpet area first??
