Region 1: $Er_1=9 ,μr_1=1 ,σ_1=0$

Region 2: $Er_1=1 ,μr_1=1 ,σ_2=0$

The intrinsic impedance is:

$η_1= \sqrt{\dfrac{μ_1}{E_1}}=\sqrt{\dfrac{μ_o μr_1}{E_o Er_1}}=\dfrac{1}{3} \sqrt{\dfrac{μ_o}{E_0}}=125.61 Ω \\ η_2 =\sqrt{\dfrac{μ_o}{E_0}}=376.99 Ω$

The transmission coefficient is

$ΓT=\dfrac{2η_2}{η_1+η_2}=\dfrac{2 ×376.99}{125.61+376.99}=1.5$

Reflection coefficient:

$ΓR=\dfrac{η_1- η_2}{η_1+η_2}=0.5$
