
- Depending upon the input signals applied to the input terminals of basic differential
amplifier circuit.

- How the output response can be taken from the basic differential amplifier circuit.

- If the signal is given to only one input terminal and the other terminal is grounded,then it
is called single input(or)single ended input.

- If the signal is given to both the input terminals,then it is called dual input.

- If the output is taken between two collector terminals,it is called as balanced output(or)
double ended output.

- If the output is taken between one collector terminal with respect to ground,it is called as
unbalanced output(or)single ended output.
