Solution-

$\Delta V_{BE}=V_{B{E_1}}+V_{B{E_2}}$

$\quad \quad \quad =V_T\ln(\frac{nI_0}{I_0})-V_T\ln(\frac{I_0}{mI_0})$

$\therefore\Delta V_{BE}=V_T\ln(nm)$
