  1. Average waiting time for a customer = 9/10 =0.9

  2. Probability that the customer has to wait = 3/10 = 0.3

  3. Probability of idle server = 18/53 = 0.34

  4. Average service time = 35/10 = 3.5

  5. Average time between arrival = 46/9 = 5.11

  6. Average waiting time for customer who wait = 9/3 = 3

  7. Average time customer spent in the system = 44/10 = 4.4

  8. Max Queue length = 1
