Step 1: Write the design table

Step 2: Implementation using 4:1 MUX and logic gates

$D_0 = \overline{A} \overline{B} + A \overline{B} = \overline{B}(A+ \overline{A})$

$D_1 = \overline{A} \overline{B} + AB$

$D_2 = \overline{A} \overline{B}$

$D_3 = \overline{A} \overline{B} + AB$
