  • The maximum energy stored at elastic limit is known as Proof Resilience.
  • The proof resilience per unit volume or strain energy per unit volume is known as Modulus of Resilience.

Modulus of Resilience = $\frac{p^2}{2E}$

Where p is stress and E is Modulus of Elasticity.
