A difference amp is to be designed to amplify the difference between 2 voltages by a factor of 20. The i/ps each app equal to 2v. Determine suitable resistor values for dc using IC 741.

The gain of the difference amp is :
Gain= $\frac{R_2}{R_1}$
$∴20=\frac{R_2}{R_1}$ or $R_2=20R_1$
Let $R_1=1 kΩ$ and $R_2=20kΩ$
For proper operation of the circuit.
$R_u=R_2=20kΩ$ and $R_3=R_1=1kΩ$
