i) $(11)_{10} – (22)_{10}$ using 2’s complement.

$2’s complement of (22)_{10} = (10110)_2 = (01001) + (1) = (01010)_2$

$2’s complement of (10101)_2 = (01010) + (1) = (01011)_2 = (11)_{10}$

$(11)10 – (22)10 = (11)10$

ii) $(33)_{10} – (44)_{10}$ using one’s complement
