Using Relation, $e=\frac{b^{2} h^{2} t}{4 I_{A O S}}$ $I_{AOS}=\left(\frac{1 00 \times 300^3}{12}\right)-\left(\frac{90 \times 280^3}{12}\right).$ $I_{\text {AOS }}=60.36 \times 10^{6} \mathrm{~mm}^{4}$ $Shear Centre, e=\frac{95^{2} \times 290^{2} \times 10}{4 \times 60.36 \times 10^{6}}=31.436 \mathrm{~mm}$
