Different methods of applications of metallic coatings are:

  1. Tinning
  2. Galvanizing
  3. Metal spraying
  4. Sheardizing

Metal cladding or sand witching:

Thin sheet is electroplated with the help of molten metal by passing it through series of rollers. Advantage is both sides are protected.
