Assuming, to be Double Drainage,

  • D=H/2 =4m
  • Cv=1×10^(-4) cm^2/min
  • U=50%

Using Relation, $T_{v}=\frac{C_{v} t}{H^{2}}$ $\Rightarrow \frac{\pi}{4}(0.5)^{2} \times 400^{2}=10^{-4} \mathrm{~cm}^{2} / \min$
