Assuming, to be Double Drainage,
Using Relation, $T_{v}=\frac{C_{v} t}{H^{2}}$ $\Rightarrow \frac{\pi}{4}(0.5)^{2} \times 400^{2}=10^{-4} \mathrm{~cm}^{2} / \min$
