The various features of scientific management by taylor's are as follows;

i. Job analysis: Job analysis is undertaken to find the best way of doing things with least effort, time and cost. Taylor used time and motion studies for this purpose.

ii. Standardization: Taylor advocated standardization of costs, equipment, machinery and working condition.

iii. Scientific Selection and training of workers: Worker must be scientifically selected and trained so that they can be productive on their jobs. A worker should be given work for which he is physically and technically more suitable.

iv. Monitory Incentives: Monitory incentives are used to give proper reward for effort to this, workers completing more amount of work get paid more than those completing less in the same amount of time.

v. Functional Foreman-ship: This Consists of separation of planning from execution.According to this the functional foreman should perform planning work and give expert advice to workers time to time.

vi. Labor Management Co-operation: There should be mutual confidence,co-operation and good will between the labor and management. Management must plan the works systematically allows the employee to develop fully and share the fruits of progress with workers. In turn the employees must be able to translate the plans into action without wasting resources.
