Colors play an important role in adding dimensions, reality and life to the screen vision.

Proper utilisation of colours would help the user to discriminate between different objects or components on the screen and make the display more interesting to look at.

It also helps in emphasising the logical constitution of the information.

Uses of colors:

  • Colors must be used to support formatting of content on the screen. It plays an important role when the screen has to present humongous amount of information to be easily readable.
  • Colors are used to identify logical structure of ideas, processes, and sequences.

Following factors should be considered for choosing colors:
