Tropospheric scatter propagation.

Tropospheric scatter is a method of communicating with microwave radio signal over considerable distance upto 300 km. this method of propagation uses the Tropospheric scatter phenomenon where radio wave at DHF and SHF frequency are randomly scattered as they pass through the upper layers of troposphere. Because the Troposphere is turbulent and has a high propagation of moisture the signals all reflected and only a tiny propagation of radio energy is collected by receiving antenna. Frequencies around 2GHz are best suited for tropospheric system.
