1] Pulse code modulation has sample-quantize and encode mechanism.	1] Delta modulation has sample-compare and encode mechanism.
2] It requires n bits per sample, depending upon accuracy.	2] It requires a single bit per sample.
3] Band width required is more as compared.	3] Band width required is less as compared.
4] Quantization error is present.	4] slope over load & granular noise is present.
