Consider foundation cost as 20% of the cost of superstructure.

Allow 20% of building cost for all services.

Allow 2.5% of overall cost for consultant fees.

Consider 5% provision for contingencies.

Given:

Plot area=60*30

FSI = 1.5

FSI = $\frac{builtup \hspace{1mm} area }{total\hspace{1mm}plot\hspace{1mm}area\hspace{1mm}}$

Total built up area = FSI * total plot area = 1.5*2800 = 2700 sq.m

Assuming rate of construction in western suburb of Mumbai as Rs.22000 per sq.m
