$=\left|\frac{2(5)+1(4)-34}{\sqrt{(2)^{2}+(1)^{2}}}\right|$

$=\left|\frac{10+4-34}{\sqrt{5}}\right|$

$=\frac{20}{\sqrt{5}} OR 8.94$
