Solution:
Point $ =\left(x_{1}, y_{1}\right)=(3,-4) \quad \& slope =\frac{3}{2}$
$\therefore equation of line is,$
$\quad y-y_{1}=m\left(x-x_{1}\right)$
$\therefore y - (-4) = \frac{3}{2}(x-3)$
$\therefore 2(y+4) = 3(x-3)$
$\therefore 3x - 3y -17 = 0$
