CMOS stands for Cmplementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor made from MOSFET transistors.

Two transistors are enhancement mode MOSFETs being used in the manufacture of CMOS circuit

• N-channel with its source grounded
• P-channel with its source connected to positive.

Input: Gates connected together.

Output: Drains connected.
