$\tau_{N A}$ (triangle) $=\frac{4}{3}$ ×τavg $=\frac{4}{3} \times \frac{2 V}{D h}$ $V=3 \mathrm{KN}, b=40 \mathrm{~mm}, h=20 \mathrm{~mm}$ $τ_{N A}=\frac{4}{3} \times \frac{2 \times 3 \times 103}{40 \times 20}=10 \mathrm{~N} / \mathrm{mm}^{2}$
