Image Parameters Method	Insertion Loss Method
This filter design method can passband or stopband a certain range of frequency band for cascade of two port network.	This filter design allows high frequency of control over the passband and stopband amplitude and phase characteristics to synthesize a desired response.
Image Parameters Method is used for low frequency application	Insertion Loss Method is used for high frequency application
It is easy to design.	It is hard to design.
It uses old method to design filter.	It uses new method to design filter.
Types: Constant K (T & π section), m-Derived, Composite filter	Types: Maximally Flat, Chebyshev/Equal Ripple.
