In functional Organization team members work on several projects.	In pure project self contained team work full time on project.
In functional communication is shortened.	In pure project communication is shortened.
Functional area is home.	In pure project functional area is not home after completion of project.
It is Neutral	In pure project duplication of resources is done.
In functional Organization motivation is weak.	In pure project team pride and motivation and commitment are high.
Functional Organization use resources within functional area	Pure Project organization use their own resources
Policies are ignored.	Organizational goals and policies are ignored.
Needs of clients are slowly responded	Pure Project falls back of technology.
