$IB=100mm \\ IC=72mm$

Given that $\omega_{AB}=3 rad/s \\ \therefore V_B= AB×\omega_{AB}=100×3 \\ \therefore V_B=300 mm/s \\ Or\space \space V_B=0.3 m/s \\ V_c = \dfrac {IC}{IB} × V_B \\ =\dfrac {72}{100} × 0.3 \\ \therefore V_C=0.216 m/s \Rightarrow Ans$
